Young Actors Studio
This
class is for children ages 3 years old - 1st grade and their parent (or adult
friend). Students will express themselves as they bring stories to life
with music, movement, art and creative play. Actors will dramatize
classic and current children’s literature while acquiring foundational acting
skills and theatre vocabulary. This workshop features group participation and
character exploration.
Please read our rules and policies before registering for a class.
Registration will begin July 1, 2011 for the Fall Session and November 1, 2011 for the Spring Session.
THE SPRING SESSION IS NOW FULL. PLEASE FILL OUT THE REGISTRATION FORM TO BE PLACED ON THE WAITING LIST. IF THERE IS ENOUGH INTEREST, WE WILL OPEN A SECOND CLASS ON TUESDAYS FROM 4-4:45PM BEGINNING JANUARY 10.
AGES: 3 year olds - 1st grade
This is an adult/child class. A responsible adult must attend class with the registered child in order to participate. Only registered children please, no tag-a-longs.
REGISTRATION:
Please submit the online registration form. You will be notified via email if you have obtained a class slot. Once you have received the confirmation email, please pay tuition in full within 24 hours to secure your class slot. Non-payment will forfeit your class participation and the slot will be given to the next student in line.
RECITAL COSTUME:
We will wear denim on the bottom and the KUDOS T-shirt on top. Students will need to purchase a KUDOS T-shirt if they do not own one. T-shirt cost will be determined at a later date and is based on the number of shirts needing to be ordered.
This class will meet Tuesdays from 6:00pm-6:45pm. A class recital for family and friends will be held on the last class meeting.
